SFG Safety Inc.'s Health, Safety and Environment Management System (HSE-MS) is evidence of our commitment to protect and promote the safety physical, psychological, and social well-being of employees, contractors, visitors, community, and the environment. We are committed to act responsibly and proactively on environmental, social, health and safety issues and we conduct all our business activities in a manner consistent with the values and behaviors expressed in our corporate policies and procedures.

We are proud to be using digital safety management software. The environment is important, and reducing our carbon footprint is one of our key goals as we work forwards a sustainable future.

In fulfilling this commitment to protect both people and property, all levels of management will:

• Strive to eliminate or control any foreseeable hazards which may result in property damage, accidents, or personal injury/illness.
• Employ personnel with skills, training, and equipment required to complete their job in a safe manner.
• Utilize practices and procedures that meet regulatory or recognized industry standards.

SFG Safety Inc. will continue to expect the active involvement and support of employees of all levels within the organization in promoting and implementing an effective Health, Safety and Environment Management System (HSE-MS).

All employees are equally responsible for eliminating incidents within our work sites. Safe work practices and procedures are clearly defined in the HSE-MS manual for all employees to follow. Risks are managed to prevent occupational injuries and illness, through proper work planning, health and safety training, hazard identification, inspection, and incident investigation.

SFG Safety Inc. has established policies, practices, and procedures that are compliant with legislation.

The training and development of SFG Safety Inc employees and contractors is a critical part of the HSE-MS. Management is responsible for providing health and safety training to enable employees to acquire the knowledge and skills to protect themselves and others from potential harm.

All employees share the company's genuine commitment to health and safety which is supported by a firm, fair and consistent enforcement policy. Contractors are required to follow the Health, Safety and Environment Management System (HSE-MS) and enhance their own safe work practices and procedures, where applicable. Management and Supervisors ensure and enforce compliance with policies, procedures, and applicable legislation. This is done by leading, mentoring, and training employees in their respective work areas. Appropriate action is taken in matters of non-compliance.

Active participation in the HSE-MS assists SFG Safety Inc. in achieving the objective of zero injury, and provide a healthy, injury-free workplace.
