Seth Goodswimmer-Ferguson is an entrepreneur from the Sturgeon Lake Cree Nation and Horse Lake First Nation, which are both located on Treaty 8 Territory.
Mr. Goodswimmer-Ferguson currently holds a Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety and is completing the requirements of his master’s degree in business administration (MBA).
Seth Goodswimmer-Ferguson manages the daily operations of the business, alongside SFG Safety's VP Junior Ferguson.

Junior Ferguson is the Vice President of SFG Safety Inc. and oversees field operations and maintenance while managing the day-to-day business of the organization. Having 10+ years of experience in the oil & gas industry, it comes as no surprise to the extent of his knowledge, being he has been around the industry his entire life as his family has owned and operated businesses in the industry for over 30 years.
Junior Ferguson is a member of the Horse Lake First Nation located on Treaty 8 Territory.
During the week you can find Junior responding to support emails, providing information to clients and the community about the services SFG Safety provides, and keeping an infield presence to help support our staff.
Junior’s core values include providing an exceptional customer experience and operating with integrity and honesty.
Outside of work Junior enjoys spending time with his family and friends, playing sports, and traveling in his free time.

Britt Libby is SFG Safety’s Health & Safety Manager who oversees the entire HSE Management System for the business. With over 15+ years of experience in multiple industries across Canada, Brit demonstrates the characteristics of an exceptional OHS professional.
Britt is a National Construction Safety Officer and studied Occupational Health & Safety at the University of Calgary.
Over the past several years, Brit has had the pleasure of working on some of the largest pipeline and construction projects in the world, and the privilege of being mentored by industry leaders in health and safety. Through this experience, Britt has gained confidence and the skills to add unique value to SFG Safety’s safety culture.
In her spare time, Brittany enjoys playing tennis, reading, and hanging out with her little dog Zeus.
